Established in 1956 the Elizabeth Eagles are an Australian Rules Football Club competing in the South Australian Amateur Football League (SAAFL). We proudly hail from the Northern Suburbs, playing at Argana Park in Elizabeth Downs. Our last senior premiership was in 2005 when both the A and B Grade's capped off a magnificent season in Division 6 defeating Kenilworth and Adelaide Uni respectively. In the same season the A Grade kicked an amateur league record score of 70.30 (450) in a single game! The second quarter alone produced 22 goals! In 2006 the A and B Grades competed in Division 5. Both sides made the finals, with the A Grade losing the preliminary final to Mitcham and the B Grade out after losing the elimination final. The C Grade was elevated to Division 8R and performed admirably with some fine wins.We also have a number of junior teams competing. Development of young players in club is extremely important, they are our future! Many of the senior players today came through the junior ranks themselves.
